set up your socials

Are you looking to start up your social channels but need help to set it all up? I can help with ideas, find your target group and help set up your social strategy, including a content plan.

brand positioning & strategy

If you are a small brand or a start up or own a company (e.g. a restaurant or a store) and need help with setting up your brand/business in terms of marketing / comms strategy and positioning, I can help you get started.

coach and guide teams or staff members

I have years of experience in evaluating, hiring and coaching staff, setting up intern programms and being in contact with the right schools. I guide and coach interns and (junior) staff or can set up and manage a new team to get started on a project.

create newsletters

My experience in writing newsletters is extensive. I work well with mailchimp (other email management programs no problem) and can set you up with complete mailchimp environment including all you need to start off your newsletter. This can be public and linked to your brand, exclusively for relations who subscribe to it or for your B2B customers.

create your website

When you are looking to start a small company or become a freelancer, I can help you build your website. This could be full service (everything done by me) or via co-creation (we build it together). When the website is up and running I can give you a crash course so you can maintain your website yourself, or you can hire me for website maintenance (hourly rate).

write your content

I write more extensive content online about your company or brand, for example specialized content in a certain niche business or content for your website. I will make sure the content is aligned with your brand strategy, products and target group.

write articles

I know how to write an article and pitch it to fitting media outlets. If you are looking to create more written and in-depth content for your company or brand, I can do that for you. Also if you don't know yet what it should look like, I can help you come up with ideas for subjects or a format.

for advertising agencies

If you have (or work at) an advertising agency I can help you with

pitch support: research, competitive overviews, preparing presentations etc.
strategy support: consumer insights, trends and culture insights, connecting brands and culture and include all that in client presentations
trendpresentation: when you need an insightful presentation that connects valuable cultural insights to you client's brand

Need to know

Fluent in both Dutch and English.
Extensive experience in supervising and coaching interns and (junior) staff, including management and setting up a team (structure)
Built-in sensitivity radar and know how to read a room very well.
Diversity and Inclusion expert in terms of HR and creative work / business communication
My network: If you or I would need extra help in terms of design work, editing, filming etc I can call upon a network of creative people to work together with.
I am flexible and know my way around a broad spectrum of markets, but I do have several areas I'm passionate about / specialised in: food, music, concerts, art, theatre, film, travelling, flora and fauna, holiday destinations, diversity & inclusion, neurodiversity, psychology, coaching and motivational conversation.
I have an hourly rate with a minimum per hour, but am open to other constructions.

And that's how the idea for my LinkedIn newsletter 'Coffee with Co' came to life. It is about my (ongoing) journey towards new work as a freelancer.

Entrepreneurship with Bureau Zorgeloos

Together with my friend and business partner Rosalie I started Bureau Zorgeloos. In the near future we will offer consultancy to restaurant owners and entrepreneurs in the food service industry. This will include coaching and training with the goal to make both menu and communication more inclusive in terms of food.
