- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Extensive experience in supervising and coaching interns and (junior) staff, including management and setting up a team (structure)
- Built-in sensitivity radar and know how to read a room very well.
- Diversity and Inclusion expert in terms of HR and creative work / business communication
- My network: If you or I would need extra help in terms of design work, editing, filming etc I can call upon a network of creative people to work together with.
- I am flexible and know my way around a broad spectrum of markets, but I do have several areas I'm passionate about / specialised in: food, music, concerts, art, theatre, film, travelling, flora and fauna, holiday destinations, diversity & inclusion, neurodiversity, psychology, coaching and motivational conversation.
- I have an hourly rate with a minimum per hour, but am open to other constructions.

Entrepreneurship with Bureau Zorgeloos
Together with my friend and business partner Rosalie I started Bureau Zorgeloos. In the near future we will offer consultancy to restaurant owners and entrepreneurs in the food service industry. This will include coaching and training with the goal to make both menu and communication more inclusive in terms of food.
